The San Diego Seals announced today that the team has re-signed transition player Brandon Clelland to a two-year contract.
“I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to play for the Seals again,” said Clelland. “We’re looking to build on what we did last year and bring a championship to San Diego. I’m already looking forward to training camp and getting back with the team.”
Clelland, 25, appeared in all 18 games in the team’s inaugural season, winning 234 of 476 faceoffs taken (49.2%). He finished the season with four goals and a career-high 65 loose balls. The Halton, ON native is a five-year NLL veteran and made his first postseason appearance with the Seals in 2019.
